AirPod pro rattling noice

I have the issue with my left side AirPod rattling noise. even it is not connected when I walk I can feel it

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 14

right airpod isn’t working my right airpod is a lot quieter in volume than my left, it just randomly happened, i never put it through the wash or anything.
