Beats abrupt loud high pitched noise

I was using my wireless powerbeats 3 headphone while talking on the phone and an abrupt, high pitched squealing noise happened. It was the loudest noise I’ve ever heard and now I have ringing in my ears, nausea, and feeling very disoriented. Has this happened to anyone else?
