Hacked MacBook Air

I need help urgently, I am a novice apple user and I tried selling my MacBook Air 2020 online, I received a call about it, the buyer asked me to login to my Mac with his Apple ID to verify if everything suited his specifications, unbeknownst to me it was a bad idea, a few seconds later I got locked out of my MacBook and he is asking I pay 200$ Because he has locked me out and I can’t use it anymore unless I get the ‘Pin code’

can anyone tell me what my best option is please?

Call Apple Support with purchase proof in hand, tell them what happened and they'll help you unlock your Mac.

You can also set an appointment with a genius in an Apple Store and present them the situation.

Purchase proof is mandatory!

You must also go to the police with all that same information so they can investigate it. The police report might also help you with Apple to get your Mac back.

Never, absolutely never use another person's Apple ID that you don't control to login into your Apple devices. Apple IDs and Apple devices have deep connection and they can rest locked forever in that condition if you don't have purchase proof.
