iMac Late 2012 Mojave Will Not Enter Target Display Mode

I have all the required adapters and am not able to connect MacBook Pro to my iMac for external display. appreciate your help. Thanks!!

Hi ramkaps1,

iMacs with macOS Mojave or later do not work, as stated in the article: Use your iMac as a display with target display mode - Apple Support.

You need macOS High Sierra or earlier.
