An odd thing just started occurring with our Apple TV. If we search for a movie using Siri then try to play the trailer it jumps to the “movies” tab and nothing plays. All movies play like they did 2 days ago. Previews work if the movie is selected through the built in movies app.
System has been rebooted, unplugged, etc. Have confirmed we have the latest update. This is a strange issue that just started.
Yes, I was just going to say the same thing. I just updated to 14.5 and it still does that.

This has been happening on 2 of my Apple TV’s. My brother’s Apple TV and my parents Apple TV.
does Apple even try to see if this happens on the Apple TV’s in their office?
Just an update from me, on the brand new ATV 4K (Model A2169), tvOS 14.6, the issue has been fixed!
