Apple watch fitness app

I can’t add or remove a contact for sharing activity at fitness app for apple watch. My watch os logged in with icloud and my phone too. I tried resetting my watch but still the same issue. Please help! Thanks in advance

If you followed the steps in the "Remove a friend" section of:

Share your Activity and compete with friends with your Apple Watch - Apple Support


Then the first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
