outlook app crashes on ipad before opening

Any idea how to solve this please? I've got all latest updates and tried turning off ipad

Mail crash after update to 16.3.1 The Mail app crashes (abends) every time items are selected and I try to move them. Have closed Mail and have tried restarting my iPad, but the problem continues. Any solutions? Is it possible to go back?

If it happens using Microsoft Outlook app only, I suggest that you contact Microsoft support team and ask them.
