Fix for MBP USB-C to DVI External Display Flickering

Had an issue with external studio display flickering USB-C to DVI. Tried multiple adapters many didn't work. Used an older Apple TV with HDMI to DVI adapter for a while but poor resolution especially when wifi was being used. Called apple support they said it must be something with the work profile "JAMF" on the laptop but could not find a solution even after re-imaging.

Didn't want to pay over $100 for a dual link DVI adapter. Brought home this adapter from work by accident and it worked! Bought one for home. Thank you J5Create!!!
