Hi there tatyana142,

We understand you're seeing the Restore screen on your iPhone and receiving error 4015 when trying to restore it, and we'd like to share some resources that can help.

Get started here: If you see the Restore screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

The steps here may also help: If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod

Finally, give the specific steps here a try: iOS update and restore errors

Cheers!
