What the distance I mean How many Meter between the first AirPods and the second and it will disconnect

The AirPods rely on Bluetooth technology. As such there is a limited range that either or both AirPods would stay connected to the iPhone. Theoretically, it should be around 10 meters.
In addition to what the other user has divulged, keep in mind... the area you're in, ie walls (and the different materials used).
