If one of my kids iPhone is disabled can I erase it with my Apple ID and restore it from the cloud

iphone 10 max is disabled but I share an Apple ID with it, can I erase it through the cloud and then restore it that same way, ie, without using a computer ?

No, according to the "Related Article:"

"You need a computer to follow the steps below. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from a friend, or go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider."
