Hi I just lost my new unboxed I phone, unboxed and haven’t activated it. I bought from apple store, I have an invoice with serial number. Is there a any chance I can track this phone or I can block the phone if someone find it but can’t use it. Thank you

You can’t track a phone unless Find My was enabled on the phone before it was lost. Did you purchase AppleCare+ with theft and loss when you got the phone? If not, does your credit card have a loss coverage clause in its terms?
If you have the IMEI you can contact your carrier and they can blacklist the phone.

Your lost iPhone was not activated under your Apple ID so you are not going to be able to do anything about it, personally.
Your carrier will not be able to help for the same reason above. The only other outlet is the Apple Store or ➔ Apple Support
Your Proof of Purchase will play a major role if Apple can help you.
