Why can’t I use an app I downloaded
Download an app but won’t allow me to open it because it’s not a trusted developer?

Hello, thanks for your question.
If you downloaded an app from a place which is not the app store you will need to approve the app's profile.
Tap Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management. Here there should be a profile for the app which you can approve to allow the phone to open the app.
