Hey there, I have an iPhone 11 with the latest iOS update. However, when I receive incoming calls, my phone screen stays dark and I have to hang up using the lock button. Afterwards, my screen will light back up and I can call the person back. Does anyone have any experience with this issue? Thanks!

Are you unlocking the phone when you receive a call? Is the screen also dark when you make a call? If it is you may have a screen protector or case that is blocking the proximity sensor that turns off the screen when you hold it to your face, so your face doesn’t trigger any “buttons”.

Can you double check the following in Settings ➔ Notifications ➔ Phone ?
See whether that screen (as shown below) is set up properly.
