What to do:

A. Check iCloud:

See if they reside in iCloud. Where to go: https://www.icloud.com/photos


B. Check Other Devices:

See if these are on other devices, such as a USB Flash Drive to your Computers.


C. Use Migration Assistant:

Have a backup of your devices associated to your Account? If so, see if you can recover these from a backup. You would use the Migration Assistant to perform this. Go Here: Move your Content to a new Mac - Apple Support
