Can’t sign in

Roku 3800X streaming stick not allowing me to sign in on my tv at all with using my cell phone or signing in with my Apple username

Verify that the Roku firmware software is up to date.

Verify that the Apple TV app is up to date.

Verify that the home network has a good internet connection with good settings (not blocking any Apple sites).

Try a power cycle of the Roku.


If you did everything right and still can’t sign in, then contact Apple Support. Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support (phone numbers) or Get support - Apple Support (chat, email, callback). Keep the info of the error message and of the Roku About screen ready to share.
