won't allow me to update to newer version

Cannot update to newer version.

Currently run 10.13.6 High Sierra

I need to have at least 10.14 to run TurboTax.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.13

upgrading High Sierra on an older mac to run TurboTax i have an older mac running High Sierra 10.13.6 and have the new TurboTax that says it wont run and needs to run on at least 10.14. I have tried unsucccessfully to upgrade. How do I upgrade to 10.14

You need a 2012 or later Mac to run macOS Mojave 10.14 or later.
