Hello keegan.mitchell,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you have an unknown device listed in your Bluetooth settings. Do you happen to connect your iPhone to an automobile, locator, health accessory or other device? If so, this may be what you're seeing. In most cases, you'll be using the device with a companion app installed on your iPhone, and will simply use direction from the company on how to disconnect from Bluetooth.

If you're able to disconnect using a companion app, after the disconnect is completed, go ahead and Restart your iPhone. Once you've booted back up, check your iPhone Settings to ensure the device has been removed.

Best regards.
