How do I record internal audio along with the video on my screen? Screen recording only record video and external audio (mic)

That's by design, since the "internal audio" may contain copyrighted material.
You can only have audio captured by your device's microphone.

if you press long on the button, it opens a menu. there you can klick on a round button with little microphone on it. that should work
