Yesterday I Loged Out from my icloud on iphone 7 and when i Loged In I couldn't see my photos and other materials that I have saved on icloud. On PC i can see all of them. Can you help me guys?

It looks correct. Yes.
Reboot first, log on to WiFi and connect charger. Try to see if it makes a difference.
Go to:
Settings -> Apple ID (Your name) -> iCloud
Is Photos and all the others turned ON?
