I cannot see all my saved on icloud photos on my phone ... I went to iCloud and the photos app is on. What else can I try.

My photos are saved on iCloud. I cannot see them all in my photos. I go into iCloud and it says photos "on"

ICloud Pictures aren't showing up on phone anymore Without any change on my end, all of my photos synced on icloud don't show up in the photos app anymore. They are still uploaded to the cloud, which I can see from a web browser. My phone still has icloud photos turned on, and turning that on and off doesn't seem to have helped. iCloud photos the past few days my iphone 7 has been slow and glitching so I decided yesterday to backup my whole phone to iCloud and then reset my phone and downloaded everything back from the backup. Everything worked but my photos don’t seem to show up, if I log into iCloud on my browser all my photos are there but why not in my gallery?

Why can’t I see some of my photos on my iPhone photos How can I put my photos back on my phone app?? I bought extra storage for this only?
