Zoom app is overheating up my macbook pro

When I start a Zoom meeting, after about 10 munites the app starts to heat up my macbook and the fan start to work really hard, is there a way around this?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

No, videoconferencing is processor intensive. As long as you Keep your Mac notebook within acceptable operating temperatures - Apple Support your Mac will be fine.
