Apple ID disabled

Hi, I would like to change the region of my apple ID and the billing + card, but it says my account has been disabled in iTunes and Appstore


What should I do to fix it?

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open.


After getting this resolved, click here and follow the instructions to change the iTunes Store country.
