My apple id is disabled in the appstore and itunes

please help me on this issue .. When i try to install an app it’s prompting me with “Your Account is disabled in Itunes and apple store.

iPhone 8, iOS 13

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
