i was emailed an invoice for an app i do not have and a purchase I did not make

I received an email with an attached invoice for a purchase I did not make and an app I do not have. Is this bogus? it has my email address.

First determine if it is a real charge on your account, or just a scam phishing message trying to scare you. Phishing messages pretending to be from Apple are unfortunately very common. See tips in here:

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

But if it is a real charge on your account, follow the steps in here:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
