Greyed out PDF's

After creating artwork in Affinity Designer on my MacBook Air and exported as PDF files I come to upload to a printer and find that the files are greyed out and not selectable in the Desktop iCloud window. I have checked through the settings and cannot find anything to set and change this. Please help... (I am able to open these files and see them normally on the screen)

Save as PDF issue I recently updated my computer last week (Feb 2022) and prior to this update I was able to click and drag thumbnails of documents from large PDFs and also click "File --> Export as PDF" as well as "Print --> Save as PDF." Ever since this new update, I have not been able to do this with my files. As a teacher this is something I do what feels like a million times a day and now my job is much harder because it's like my PDF only will print all 300 pages of my curriculum documents or a single one. Anyone know how to fix this? It worked fine before I updated my Mac to the newest software macOS Monterey Version 12.1

"Print to PDF" missing in macOS Ventura? If I select five PNG files (all at once) in Finder and open them in Preview, I was able to do Edit > Select All, then File > Print > PDF to create a single PDF file contains the five images. I don't see this option in Ventura 13.0. There is a File > Export to PDF option, but it only exports the first of the five PNG images, even though I have selected all five. Any thoughts on how to get this to work?

Export PDF in pages Hi, having a problem with export to PDF I've been using Pages 8.1 for for many years producing news letter for Brighton Art Society export in PDF usually 8-15 mb file for emailing and printing 50 copies in local shop. Sins upgrading to new Mac mini M2 having big problem: 1) With the same export setting file is twice as big 2) In printing shop they can't safe and print this PDF file on widows computer The same Pages File exported on my old Mac I have no problem
