Can you restrict use of a device by time? IE no internet functions after 11PM for example?

I don’t care what apps/categories she’s using. Also, is there a way to pause a child’s device? I can do this on my router and through my cell service but have to go to each individually. Thank you - I had actually read this but took a second reading to decipher that it was the answer to my question - “Screen Time” has settings to mandate “down time” which is a softer way of stating what I was thinking of as “restriction” etc.... Best - Brian
