When I’m installing MacOS , it says error ( no number ) and have to duty the proses al over again . I all ready try this several times and still not able to complete the presses , are MacOS having any trouble ?

Big Sur requires as much as 45GB free storage to install in certain cases.
Well is the macOS Big Sur . The thing is that for some reason I did a factory reset and delete all. To let it like factory ( don’t know why I did it ) so know I want to re install macOS Big Sur but it say FAILED TO PERSONALIZE THE SOFTWARE UPDATE PLEASE TRY AGAIN . I have the MacBook Pro M1 chip
