Your iPhone is "infected" with Calendar SPAM. Take a look at the following article on how to get rid of it:

Because you either downloaded an app, or click on a calendar link.
Got to settings - mail - accounts -= and delete the calendar.
If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.Â
If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.Â
