Please I need help, make the purchase of a fully functional factory released iPhone, but when I add my sim card it tells me that I must place a valid sim card from an operator, the iPhone is legal, but it tells me that the sim is blocked, that is unblocked through the phone of the previous owner or how? thanks 4 your help

If it says the SIM is invalid that means that the phone is locked to a carrier, no matter what the previous owner told you. Take it back for a refund.
