I have High Sierra macOS 10.13.6 but Turbo tax needs macOS 14 or better but my mac doesn't show any updates available. Also there is no software updates wheel in system preference. Pls let me know how can I update to macOS 14 or better. thanks

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and if your iMac is a 2012 or newer model, download Mojave, Catalina, or Big Sur. Alternatively, use the online version of TurboTax in your web browser.

Your computer can't be upgraded past High Sierra. If you're specifically trying to run TurboTax 2020, see the second sentence above.

I have the same problem. I have a late 2012 miniMac running 10.13.6 and download the 10.14 and get 10.14.1 and it says it requires 10.14 to load it. Is there a download out there somewhere for10.14?
