What type of Mac (MacBook Air, iMac, etc) and what model year is it? Both of those are available at Apple menu > About this Mac.

Another option is to use Turbot Tax online. You can do that on a Mac running OS X 10.9 or later. See: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/system-requirements
