iPad Pro 11 dead pixel

a quick question, I bought an iPad 11 pro not even a month ago that came with a dead pixel right in the centre of the screen, sent the device for repair but Apple refused repair or replacement because it didn’t meet criteria and no fault was found. Later an advisor told me one dead pixel wasn’t enough to warrant repair or replacement.

Seeing as I use this iPad for creative reasons, and a dead pixel right in the middle of the screen is incredibly distracting, I wonder if someone else has had an iPad repaired or replaced under similar circumstances?
