Door emojis

Why aren’t there more door emojis than just this one 🚪? I would really like some more door colors

I know that Apple doesn’t make emojis and that it’s Unicode but what about the alternate colors? Like skin tones? Does Apple make those color variations? Start here. Apple does not select new emojis.
