iPad Air4 USB-C Digital AV adapter - Video resolution/refresh rate over HDMI?

I’m looking to use the USB-C Digital AV Adapter with my iPad Air4. The only information that I can find is under the support link https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT207806 which states for the A2119 model that it does 1080 p @ 60hz, 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz. It lists 3840 x 2160 at 60Hz for the iPad Pro models - I’m wondering if the iPad Air4 can output this resolution/refresh rate too or is it limited to 30hz refresh for the 3840 x 2160 resolution? Since I’m hooking it up to a 4K TV that has HDR/Dolby vision, I’m hoping to have the higher refresh rate available.

Does anybody have any ideas as to what is the output that is supported, thanks?
