My keyboard is acting weird

How can i fix my apple wireless keyboard. When i click a button it doesn't click or it does another input i didn't do. Example: I click the space button then it turns my brightness up. I disconnected it from bluetooth then i cant connect it back because it doesn't let me click the return key.
