The last Canon software issued for the PIXMA MG3520 was in Oct 2020 and was for macOS Catalina. They also indicate the exact same driver versions for Big Sur, and that implies that Canon did no further testing of their drivers against later beta releases, or the actual released version of macOS 11. A big leap of faith for users with Big Sur installed.
When your PIXMA MG3520 is networked (wired or wireless), there is built-in Apple AirPrint driver support for it, and you would not require any Canon drivers or software.
With your MG3520 powered and networked, visit System Preferences > Printers & Scanners panel, and right-click on the printer entry in Printers. Select Reset printing system… from that secondary menu, and this will take you through the process of removing your MG3520, and then re-adding it. Except this time, you want to select AirPrint as the driver, instead of any Canon driver. Then , re-add the printer. You should be able to print, and if this device has a scanning component, Apple's Image Capture application should recognize the MG3520 too.
