Hello~recently my mobile phone cannot receive any calling or messages.
I have connected with Optus , the staff of Optus ask me to reset the network and turn of imessage and restart my phone. But that doesn't work. I still cannot receive any phone call. when other people call me , it shows that the number is not available. Optus assistant wants me to check is there any problem with my phone. Could you help me with that ?
