Iphone 11 camera shutter sound

I am using Iphone 11 which is Japanese. I understood that it is impossible to turn off the camera shutter sound. But I live in Bangladesh now. Please give me a way to turn off the shutter sound. It's very annoying in some places. :(

Disable camera shutter sound I'm using the iPhone 12 Japanese region version in Sri Lanka. I know that the shutter sound on the iphone is a must to Japan consumers but since I'm using the phone outside Japan as many others in my country where they sell the Japanese version by the Apple authorized dealers it's unfair to have the shutter sound on by default and not being able to mute it. Shutter Sound of Japanese iPads Hello, I am a foreigner currently living in Japan. I will be going back to my home country in a few months. Before going back I was planning to purchase an iPad however I was wondering if the shutter sound can be turned off when using it in other countries? Thanks in advance.

You still cannot turn the shutter sound off. That limitation is built into the hardware for that model. It, therefore, doesn't matter where you live.
