How do you fix this. My iPhone X for no reason started to ring or play various ringtones

it’s annoying when it rings at 3 am . It only lasts about 10 sec . I have checked caller but nothing shows up. Any ideas as how to fix this.?

There may a be call from Social networking app? If you continue to get voice calls then please contact your carrier.
