What does a faint green flashing light mean on my L MagSafe charger?

Brand new M1 Macbook Pro MagSafe charging issue I purchased a brand new M1 Macbook Pro in December 2021. When charging it from shutdown (for first setup) with MagSafe charger in box the charge comes/goes and continues to ding as if the power is consistent. Is there a fix for this? Very disappointing for what was slated as a massive upgrade from my current Macbook pro (Jan 2020)

Magsafe battery pack charging indcator When I charge my Magsafe battery pack the orange indicator turns on for about 8 seconde an then go off. The powerbank is still charging but when do i know when it's completely charged? Does te indicator turns green??
