My ID and email is not working anymore

I I delete my email address and after I see And email was a rigister with a Apple ID

If you do not remember the password for your Apple ID and you do not have access to the email your Apple ID is linked to, contact Apple Support directly https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204169

You can log in here and change your email address for your Apple ID to a new one.
