Hello. I've been trying to remove the above pop up, but no luck. I searched for the file, but nothing seems to show up. I also browsed through the system information Application Tab, there's a few that are showing Unkown for Obtained From column, attached is a image. Any ideas of what the step would be?

Use a program that searches for malware, such as Malwarebytes, in attempt to remove malware that could be associated with the alert. After running the tool, restart your Mac and check if the issue persists:
