My iPhone 6S plus receiver ear speaker volume decreased suddenly.

My iPhone 6S plus receiver ear speaker volume decreased suddenly. even if I turned volume to maximum level, I can barely listen to the voice during the call. Does anybody knows what will be the issue?

Actually the voice is clear. But the voice level is very low even if turned to maximum
