How to remove d.agkn and others from ios devices

I have prevent cross site tracking on in Safari settings on both my iPhone and iPad.

When viewing the privacy report I noticed some sites listing things I had to look up which may be malware or virus related.

There are multiple (see screenshots below) but in particular the agkn.com/Neustar.

When I searched everything suggested it was d.agkn.com and some sort of malware.

What if anything, should I do about this? Are my devices at risk?
