I'm not certain what you're encountering here, so I'll answer a couple of different interpretations of your question here...

To use the Camera app to scan a QR code on iPad or iPhone, open the Camera app and aim it at the QR code, and the Camera app will then detect and display the code and ask you what you want to do.

Different QR codes can do different things.

iPad and iPhone Camera app doesn't keep a history of scanned QR codes, if you're scanning those codes using the built-in Camera app. An add-on app may well offer a history, though I've not looked around for a QR code scan-logging app.

If somebody sent you a QR code via mail—rather than the far simpler expedient of including the link directly—you'll need a different app, or you'll need to print and then scan the QR code, or to display the mail message on one system and scan the QR code from an Apple or Android device, or similar work-arounds.

Hello MohamedKHORSI,

It sounds like you want to check the history of QR codes that you’ve scanned on your iPhone. We’d be happy to provide some information.

There would not be a way to check your QR code history. This explains everything you can do with QR codes on your iPhone:

Scan a QR code with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If this is something you would like to see added in the future, then we would encourage you to submit feedback about his here:

Take care!
