Default apps aren’t on the ipad anymore
Apps like “settings, App Store, safari, etc.” is not on the ipad anymore. Can you tell me how to get them back?

Start by going to settings>general>reset and reset home screen. then go to settings>Screen Time>Content & Privacy restrictions>content restrictions>apps - change to an appropriate age limit
