How to overcome Power Reserve problem for 5 series Apple watch

i had an software update, just installed and found Apple watch turned in power reserve mode, Any Thought to solve the problem.

i tried to enforce restart, but watch not respond. left on charger for a complete one day, red charge symbol turned to green without any progress.
