If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

I’m still getting alerts on my calendar saying multiple different things. They’re coming through as alerts on my personal calendar & that’s what’s got me worried. Does Apple send alerts like that? If not, then what else could it be? I changed my Apple ID password & everything.
Have you followed the instructions for your version of iOS?
Did you remove the Unknown calendar entry?
No Apple does not send such alerts. They are generated by your calendar, as a result of you accepting an offer from a web site to “Send Notifications”.
So I did take one off that I was unaware of. It was called Optum or something similar. I didn’t have any rogue accounts either. (Thank you for the direction!) I went to delete them earlier & they’re gone. I had 2 calendar entries myself & they're not black anymore. They’re grey. I don’t need them to be black, I’m curious as to why now? Also, how do I log out of any other devices from my phone? I appreciate the help!
Are you sure the message isn't a scam? Why do you think the phone is at risk? Have you noticed any unusual activity?
It’s coming up in my calendar as alerts.
You need to log out on the device.
