Have an Apple IPad that is old and does recognize my passcode. Telling me to go to iTunes because it is disabled. How do I connect to itunes for that device.

How does one get into their ipad when it is locked and telling you to go to iTunes?

You need to plug it into a computer with iTunes and use iTunes to erase it by restoring it to reset the screen lock passcode.
